Refund policy

Physical product returns are only handled on a case by case basis and typically only for damage or error. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) if you have any problems with your order. Receipt or proof of purchase is required. Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any item approved for return must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

Personalized items and digital items may not be returned.

Many of the listings on our website are directory listings, meaning you will be taken to a third party website to make a purchase. Those vendors have their own return policies.

For vendors in our Marketplace: returns on purchased listings are not permitted. Pro-rating for unused product listings is also not allowed.
